I like the idea of this look, and I think I can pull it off by keeping the longer shirt underneath and the pants/bottoms fairly low contrast, and perhaps wearing a bolder color cropped top as a top layer -- I think this may help highlight the fact that I am relatively small in the waist.

However, I haven't really seen any interesting cropped sweaters/tops yet. I think mint green or blue would be especially great with my wardrobe -- perhaps with white jeans and a white shirt?

Does anyone have any links to interesting crop sweaters? I would want something lightweight, not bulky or chunky.
