Not sure. All I know is that Levi's are based in San Francisco and made in America.

I think it's their premium line. Not sure how the quality is compared to the regular line though.

A lot of Levis are made in Mexico now.

i believe it is their fashion forward/upscale brand. it feels like levi's attempt to enter the premium denim market
