So I decided a pair of leggings would be a versatile addition to my closet. I went to Target today to look, and I am seriously confused. I guessed that leggings would be thicker and more sturdy than so called "footless tights" but where would you choose footless tights over leggings, or the other way around? Do I need both? How would you style footless tights differently from leggings?
