Has anyone seen this tote IRL yet? Just wondering how the leather feels and what the colors are like. I am interested in the cognac, but the color looks a little wonky in the online picture to me... thanks in advance for any insight!

I have not seen the bag in real life. I am heading to Nordstroms this morning and will make it a point to look for it for you.

My one caution is that these bags are smaller in real life than suggested in pictures. The reason I say this is I wanted a light weight tote that could carry A LOT. I ended up not buying it for that reason.

I haven't seen the bag in real life, but I read on another blog that the interior has a zippered pocket and an open pocket on the opposite side, brown lining (in the camel color anyway), and is made in France.

i haven't seen it, but its on its way to me....i'm hoping its a rich cognac color, and will be big enough to carry my lunch, shoes, small bag and ipad....we'll see. if not, it will go back

I have two smaller Longchamps bags of similar design, I believe they are the medium size instead of large. The leather is very light weight and supple. The bag folds down into a small compact envelope like self-pouch (I have no idea what to call it!) for storage. I use mine for travel but there are not many interior pockets. I Reccomend adding a purse organizer purse to the interior.

I own it in black. Very soft, very light. I get tons of compliments on it. Because it is both structured and unstructured, it is very adaptable. So I get compliments in the stuffy business dress world and from the inked, pierced, punky world (my hair gal was just asking me about it).

I went and petted it today, being a real fan of le Pliage in nylon and overcome by curiosity. It has a lovely hand; "buttery," and very pliable but unexpectedly lightweight. So pliable, I wonder how it would wear, (K?) though. Had it been larger, and had a good shoulder strap, I would have bought it right away. But it's awfully close to a duplicate for me.

Mine looks almost new despite daily wear for nearly a year. That's harder with black than with tan, so I say 5 out of 5 for durability. BTW, the handles start out a bit stiff and sticky-upy but quickly soften into softly turned over ones. ETA: Quick clarification. I own the handbag, not the tote.

This is in my bag. How is the quality of the leather? Does it look like it will be easily scratched? Dyed through and through or is it a surface tint?
