I just ordered both of these from Zappos--I was wondering whether anyone had any experience with either boot or any strong preferences aesthetically. These would be solely for skirts/dresses and for a business-casual environment. (They would also be, by far, the most expensive shoes I've ever purchased.)

The big differences are:
Ramona: cuff at top of shaft, more kittenish heel, ~$30 cheaper, 2" heel
Rosie: strap/buckle, undetailed shaft, ~$30 more, 1 3/4" heel that's less tapered
