Will a document site like Legal Zoom be good enough for an uncontested will? For instance, the BF and I are life partners, and both our families know and acknowledge this. No one is going to stand up and say, they are nobody, the stuff belongs 'in the family', etc. Anyway, even assuming if someone did - would an online will be good enough to stand up in court? We have a condo (paid for), its contents, small savings, and (paid off) cars. No children. Pretty cut and dry really - the stuff goes to the life partner and if they don't survive, our respective mothers (no dads left alive). Or do I/we need to get an actual probate lawyer and draw one up?
