I know I've talking about this a lot, but yes I am *still* on the hunt for ankle boots. I'm looking for a good 8 hour MOTG shoe.
Qualifications:
- no more than a 2 or 2.5 inch heel (2 inches is ideally the top)
- would love real leather
- neutral color
- comfortable!!
- would really like to stay under $100, closer to $80ish
I've ordered 2 pairs of Blowfish Willis ankle boots, both really were not comfortable. So back those go. FYI about those - there is something really weird about the center of gravity in those shoes, because of the (adorable) heel it feels like your heel is in the middle of your foot.
It is really hard for me to get out and try on shoes with kids so I like to call ahead and have things put on hold. So I'll take any and all recommendations!
As to styling, I do love the way the Blowfish Willis looks (not crazy about big ankle opening) but I like the sort of 'edgier' look it has.
