On Monday I ordered 2 handbags from Last Call. On Wednesday, there was an extra discount on one of them, making it almost $100 less. So I asked on the online chat if I could get a credit. Nope, according to policy. So I asked if I could buy another one and return the first one. She said yes. I asked if she thought that was silly and she just said that's policy.

Anyway, the first one came but I didn't love it- great charcoal color but too structured for me. So I guess I didn't really need the sale price but it still bugged me! (And I'm keeping the other one, a really pretty green that was already a good price)
