Any ideas on who makes a good puffer coat that runs smaller than Lands End XS petite? DD will be moving from Cali to the Midwest for college, and she is about 5'2". She is a slender IT, so the XS may be okay through the shoulders but way too loose in the arms and body -- so built more like a junior. She runs warm, but I tend to think she will freeze her first winter unless she has a really warm coat. I don't want to spend too much since she lost a Northface jacket in less than one season.
