The angle on your photos may be making it more obvious, but I think you could be a slightly better ie/looser fit in the rear. It's not a terrible fit overall though.

mm...I'd say it's not bad, but it's not great. As a general rule, folds/whiskers point to the problem area. In this case: http://s1078.photobucket.com/u.....b.jpg.html

I'd say that the problem area is that you're bulkier through the thighs than these jeans allow for, which is why you're seeing the cupping at the rear. If you're going for a more classic look, you need something with more room in the thigh (i.e. a pleat).
