I bought a bag @ DSW yesterday*, and didn't realize until I got home that they'd left a security tag on (not the kind that goes off when you go through the detectors, the kind that fastens items to the store furniture or locks the zippers together). Since I'd bought it over by the outlet mall, an hour drive away, I instead went to the other DSW which is a bit closer to me. The employee who helped me was not only apologetic and quickly removed it, she offered me an additional 10% off the bag to compensate me for the inconvenience. I thought that was super-nice, especially from a discount retailer like DSW.

*Austerity August = totally blown up, but it's dark red, so I'm on trend!
