I ordered from Boden's clearance sale at the end of June. One box arrived quickly but I set it aside as we had company. Last weekend I went to try on, and realized some things were missing from the order. Looking online, it showed a second box was delivered by FedEx July 5th. I've been home this entire period and no box arrived, so clearly something was wrong.

I emailed Boden customer service on Wednesday to see if they could help. They responded within 24 hours stating that they couldn't track the box any further, but since it had been more than 5 days since I was supposed to receive the package, they would declare it missing, refund the charges, and give me a $15.00 gift card for my inconvenience.

How great is that? No questions, no excuses, just handled. Wish all my customer service interactions were so easy!
