Their Customer Service rep said they would refund me or replace the order, but asked that I contact UPS first (it wasn't FedEx--my mistake). I certainly want UPS to step up, since it wasn't AE's fault, but it's nice to know that I have backup and ultimately I won't have to eat the $50. I'm going to deal with them tomorrow. Still feeling lousy that someone was very callous, either by stealing my stuff or by not doing their job properly. Oh well. It will be resolved.
