I rarely carry this bag, was probably wearing a winter coat the last time I did. But I pulled it out recently on a yummy summer day. Look what it did to my white dress! I’m upset, to say the least.
It was purchased last fall. Is there any way I could ask KSpade for help? There is no dye on the back of the dress, only where the straps touch under the arms.
Any laundering tips? I pretreated the dress but haven’t washed it yet.
