San, I saw the Trouve jacket. The leather is so soft and buttery! Just gorgeous. And the color makes me swoon. I might have tried it on but for the studs ~ I am just not a zipper and stud gal. Laura posted above (the first post) about trying it on in person ~ easy to miss with all the neat info in this thread.

Brianna, now I'll need to go check Overstock to see the coat you got. I do love the MK one ~ my mom couldn't believe how well it fit. Coats are so often too long in the sleeve for me and it's hard to find coats that fit me well across the shoulder blades ~ often too much fabric bunching up there. This coat does the trick, and in New England the removable liner is most handy.

Laura, Kristen and Sarah, you all selected some lovely items! I can't wait to see them on you.

Patience, I also got some bras and undies too. As luck would have it, the two bras that fit me best during my fitting also turned out to be in the NAS sale. Woo hoo! Sounds like you got many practical things.

Took a quick pic of the tunic. It would look good with a lace cami peaking out, don't you think, and maybe some long necklaces?

Dang. I should have made you try that on while we were there; now I want one!

Oh man! I saw that tunic in the catalog and wanted to try it, but my store didn't have it. I may just have to order it tomorrow. Eek.

Sandy, the cashmere sweater jacket looks great with dresses (belted or not), jeans and boots, pencil skirts and silk tops, etc. I was surprised how versatile it is. It will be great for the office, almost like having a blanket.
I love the riding jacket you got. I can't wait to see it on.

Kristen and Sarah, you need to order this so we can be tunic twins with Angie ... or does that make us quadruplets ... Honestly I am already considering duplicating! It's really hard to find knitted tunics.

Did you see the lavendar shade in person? Is it too juvenile do you think? I was considering pairing it with my black skinny jeans.

We only saw the black one, but I have to swing through the mall tonight (need a suit for a last-minute bigwig thing on Saturday, EEEEEE!) and I am thinking about stopping over there after I hit Macys and seeing how it looks on me. I will check out the other colors for sure and will let you guys know!

san - I did try on the Elie Tahari leather jacket. It was lovely - a very different style - but a poor fit for me.

I tried an M and it seemed way too big, but have no idea now much smaller the Small would actually be. Also, the way it closes is different -- it has a short zipper. So when closed, the bottom points/flaps are still loose (does that make sense?). Given it was too large AND the bottom flaps don't get zipped in, it didn't have a flattering look on me at all. But, the leather, color (charcoalish), construction, etc. were great and if it fit properly it would be wonderful!

P.S. In the online pic, the short zip you see is NOT a pocket -- it is half of the jacket's closure zipper. It reminds me of a one-button blazer, I guess.

Amazing loot you all scored, ladies! I'm with Mac and dying of envy over here. Perhaps next year we Toronto gals should plan an expedition to the NYC area, hook up with those local ladies and make Nordy's wonder what hit it?
I'm also suffering from tunic envy! If they have some good tunics in my size I intend to stock up. I'm in love with the style and am dying to boost my inventory from it's current lame one summer, one winter status.

I'm trying not to go off every single one of you NAS scoring fabbers, it's a good job I look okay in green

Totally missed that Halogen tunic in the catalog. I love it! Will be stalking at the store tomorrow...
