K/R: White Kut bermuda shorts

I am looking for a pair of white denim shorts for spring/summer. What do you think of these Kut roll up bermuda shorts? Fit and length? I've shown them at the original length and rolled up once and twice (4-6). Not sure which length is the most flattering? Also I must have skinny bird legs because these don't seem as fitted on me at the knees as on the model. These are a size 6--a tad loose so I'd probably need a belt if they bag out, but I thought since it's white I shouldn't go too snug. Thanks for your advice!

PS The Tshirt is from Everlane, a V neck size M. (The U neck was too baggy on me), feel free to comment on fit of the T shirt. I bought one in navy, black and white.

I liked them rolled just above your knee (once?) and I think I'd like to see the size down for comparison. They look awfully loose to me.

I looked at the shorts too because I liked the look of the slim leg. I agree that they do look a bit big on you. Can you try one size down?

I've always had a hard time finding shorts that weren't too wide in the leg. This year I made my own! I cut off a pair of very slim but stretch jeans and will wear them rolled to just above the knee. I also repurposed BF jeans into crops by cutting and rolling.

Echoing the size down, I think the way they fit the model would look good on you. I like the tee shirt!

I think these seem to have a lot of elastane/spandex, which means they'll give as you wear them. I'd vote for a size down too, even though I like a bit of "ease." Love the shirt!

Kuts tend to run big. You would probably be fine in your usual size. I like the roll in the first photo best on you. With your great figure,

I like them from the front, but they look too big from the side/back. Another vote for trying a size down!

Agreed, I would size down. I'm not loving the pulls of fabric across the back of your legs, though be aware that it may not be a size problem, it could be due to cut.

Still, I would try a size down for comparison.

Another vote to at least try the size down for comparison. These look too big, but not quite in that intentionally big way; from the front they're fine, but the back gives me pause.

I kind of like them as they are too - same as Thistle. Try the size down but I agree that a loose white pair is fab in the summer.

OK, I'll look into a size down, thanks! I'm not 100% happy with the gap around the knees though...wondering if I should go shorter. I think I'll start a new thread about shorts length.

I size down for KUT jeans and I have the KUT white boyfriend shorts from a year or so ago (not Bermuda style I guess as mine don't seem to be this long). I think I have these and wonder if they might be a better fit for you?

OMG, I just realized I bought the same pair of shorts last year, did a K/R on them and returned them! I guess I didn't learn from past mistakes! Interestingly, they looked too tight on me then, I guess I've lost more weight than I thought.
