Picked up this super voluminous, waist surrendering top at the Allsaints sale this weekend. It's a medium weight jersey so has a nice drape and doesn't seem to tent too much. There is a gathered detail at the neck - hopefully you can see it in the closeup photo taken with the flash. It can also be worn belted as in the last photo. Yes, it is black and I have a lot of black tops but then again I like black.
Just as an aside, this top is an excellent demonstration of AS completely whack sizing. It is a UK6/US2, which is a good three sizes smaller than my normal size. Sometimes the largest size at AS is too small for me and sometimes apparently I have to size down three sizes. What gives?
