They're okay, but I think you could do better...they seem kind of baggy. It's not like they're bad, they're just not all that great. However, I know sometimes it's hard to get a pic that really reflects what the clothes look like, so if you think they look great in real live, then keep them!
ETA: To avoid stretching out, I always buy my jeans super-tight. Then, after wearing for a couple of days, they still look hot. If you buy jeans that area already kind of baggy (like your new Kuts) they are more likely to look all bagged out after a day of wear.
