I have craved Angie’s white boots and found these Halogen Booties for a low price at The Rack. They are about a one inch heel which is doable for me and warm enough and comfortable on. They reminded me of the style of the Frye harness style white booties and I thought the price was low enough to give the color a try. The cut outs can show off statement socks. What do you think? Should I keep these or return and keep looking? The jeans will be the subject of another K/R post. They are too long but I wonder if they are worth keeping. They are supposed to be high rise but the waist comes to a couple of inches below my navel. The boot cut is a cut I did not
