So I ordered a whole bunch of full-length non-elastic waist slouchy pants from Yoox to try. Of the 7 pairs I ordered (all on sale), only 1 of them is worth showing you. The rest, as is par for the course with me and Yoox, are either too tight/too thin/completely missized/too scratchy.
Anyway, this is the only pair that I think is worth a second look. They are quite odd - there are no zippers or buttons, but rather the waistband is quite wide, and you just pull them on and tie it to get it to stay up. The rise length is thus somewhat adjustable as you can flip the waistband up all the way to get it to be higher; here i'm wearing it fairly low.
A couple of things to keep in mind. First, these are slouchier than they look in the photos (this is true of all my slouchy pants, they always photograph more fitted for some reason) and the crotch is a lot more dropped than it appears. Second, there will be no sizing up, as it is not available.
ETA: OK, there is a size down available now. I've added a pic of the yoox model photo, which shows them a bit tighter than these fit me. But I'm not sure I want such a fitted look through the leg.
