So I think this will work for work! It is definitely a more casual vibe that is far less dressy. What do you think?

I do think I need a necklace that hangs just right. The scarf is not quite low enough, right?

I will leave the advice on details to others who know more than me on that but that dress is fabulous on you and I hope you will keep it.

This is beyond perfect - please buy it

YES!! Totally. And really versatile, too. Thank you for modelling it!

Starting a 'Go Fund Smittie" campaign - pls keep the dress! It 3was made for you!

Ok, but you gotta promise you'll also wear it *somewhere* with the tights and booties!

Love the dress with jeans.

Fab!!! I think either way you wear this dress is super, super cute!! Thanks for modeling it over the jeans. Now I'm inspired to look for a dress I can wear over jeans! I always worry about the button and zipper poking out at the waist of the dress (does that make sense?) Fab find!!

YOU ARE FAST.

LOVE the look with the jeans. Try booties and black jeans too.

Scarf is not quite right. Too tight and not sufficiently drapey. Or not tight enough - and you need the ends to show. Need a necklace or the right scarf.

On Team You Love It; It Loves You.

Love the dressed-down look with jeans and oxfords.
I like the scarf, and think it can work nicely, tied a little differently. Here's some inspiration, in a post from Angie on neckerchiefs.

This looks great too!!
You have so many ways to wear it now

It looks great like that too but with a different scarf or necklace. I prefer it the first way though with tights and booties looking more dressy. Are you at risk of getting a bloated closet like mine if you buy it?

Oh I hope you decide to keep this; I love it on you!

I like it any way on you. It's a fantastic style for you. The first way looks impossibly French.

I'm not a huge fan of dresses with jeans, but if that's what will get you to keep this perfect-for-you dress, then I love it! Ultimately, the dress is so fab that you can wear it with anything and it will still look great! A casual cardi or bomber jacket, while it might cover up the shoulder detailing, could work to make it more casual, too.

LOVED this option too, Smithie. I am crossing my fingers that you keep it, it looks perfect on you. Like Suz, I am already considering buying it for me as well.

Keep! This might be my favorite NAS outfit so far.

Adorable! You are a styling genius! Love it both ways and looking forward to seeing other versions.

Are you keeping it? It looks gorgeous on you both as a dress and over denim. Is it comfortable? I think it could become a gorgeous workhorse for you - skewing dressy or more casual as you need it to.

ETA: I tried on your Burberry peacoat and it is gorgeous! Sublime quality. It felt great on. With my ample booty, the detail on the back felt a little too much going on. Perfect on you.

Adorable. I feel like I've seen a sweater with similar shoulder detailing.
