I have always reserved dresses for more formal occasion until I picked up a sweatshirt dress last month from the Loft on a whim. My life style is pretty casual but I do have occasions where I need to be cleaned up a bit. I am a jeans girl and have always paired nice jeans with nicer or fancier top, good shoes, and a clutch. Well, this little sweatshirt dress has made me realize how nice it is to have something easy to throw on that is not basically a nicer version of what I wear every day. For a dress to work for me it needs to not be fussy, does not require me to have special under garments, does not elicit 'wow, you really dressed up' comments, does not need a heel and is not overly feminine/sexy.
So what do you think? ALL and any comments, help
styling, suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks.
