K/R Part 1: Turquoise blazer and white jean jacket

As I have been out looking for something to wear at my daughter's wedding, I've been having some luck finding jackets. I never have been able to find things at H&M or Forever 21, but after seeing so many of you find things and also some fashion bloggers, I decided to try harder. Anyway, I'm wondering about your opinions on these. I didn't style them, just put them over what I already had on.

1-4. This is the blazer, I couldn't get the true color myself. http://www.hm.com/us/product/98593?article=98593-E I wouldn't wear it with this top, but really love the color and feel of it. It's more of a shrunken blazer silhouette, but I like it quite a bit. I'm not quite sure what colors to wear with it other than neutrals.

5-7. This is a Calvin Klein jean jacket I picked up from Winners. It's really comfortable and feels like it fits well. I'm not sure about lengths of denim jackets, though and don't know if it would work with skirts and/or pants?

That's funny! I'm 5'9". I'm afraid the Forever 21 blazers I just posted would be a little long for you, then, since the white one especially is long on me! lol Have you posted a picture of yourself in the H&M turquoise one?

Both jackets look really sharp! The only other colors I'd wear the first one with are other shades of blue for a tonal look or yellow, but I'm not very adventurous with color. I can see you wearing the white denim one all spring.

No keep or return on the H&M jacket, I totally loved it!! It could be a titch shorter on me but I am happy with it overall. It looks really nice on you.

I love the shrunken H&M blazer on you! Amazing fit! The white denim jacket looks great with the outfit you're wearing. You might find it a bit long to wear with a dress, but it's hard to tell without trying on.

Thanks everyone! Lol, Suz... I have been finding alot of great things in Winners. It helps that we have two that are close. I also wind up going alot because I'm always returning things and then buying more. And then it repeats...

I will keep the turquoise jacket for sure and maybe post some pictures of the jean jacket with a dress to see if it works. I appreciate the advice!!

Both look good! I'm a little more partial to the white in terms of looks, but I must confess I'd be more likely to buy the turquoise myself!

How about brown with turquoise? Or teal? Or green? pale blue? bright red-orange? deep purple?
