I don't normally wear so much color and tend to avoid tunics. There is a slit on this so I can't wear it as a short(!) dress. Am I wearing sales blinders? I was at Target returning handbags and buying TP and paper towels and somehow this top found itself in my cart. BTW it looks weird over a skirt but might look okay tucked in. It doesn't work with harem pants.
