Does this Madewell dress look too big? This is a 6, usually I'm somewhere between 6 and 8 and figured I'd size down since it's a roomier cut. The 4 became available minutes ago, so I just ordered it for comparison.
I don't mind looser fits and wear similar silhouettes, for comparison I included a photo of the same outfit with a chambray tunic swapped in.
I really like the style of the dress and am thinking this is maybe a JFE piece. I like the idea of dressing it up or down (denim jacket!), and think it'll work well with tights and booties for winter. Guess I'll wait on the backup size before taking any tags off. Thoughts?
