I recently got this dress and am wondering whether to keep it or not!

The blue color is more subdued (and prettier!) in real life, and I love the eyelet, but I'm a little concerned it's too girlish, especially with the bow at the waist. I could alter it and remove the bow, and if I keep it will probably alter the neckline to be slightly lower. I'm 22 years old and imagine wearing this in the summer when it's hot, summer picnics, and so on. What do you guys think?
