The pleather track pants finally arrived yesterday. The material is good doesn't look plasticky, doesn't squeek when I walk and is airy because it has perforated sides.  All these are big pros in my book!  Oh and they fit well

Here I have styled them with a few tops.  I have included my inspiration pics, few from Angie's ensembles and others from random internet finds, for anyone (NDMom?) who might be interested in them.  The first one is my inspiration pic and the pic that follows it is a copy of the said pin.  I have kept the shoes constant.  They are the okala-esque pointy toe ankle strap pumps.  So here we go:

Do my stylings work like the original?  I have realized that it's all about proportions with these pants and if I get that right they work like any other black pants.  I could have put it together with almost everything in my wardrobe!  I like them, but then I like anything slouchy.  I could be blinded by that.  So is this a keep or return?  All suggestions/tweaks/criticism absolutely welcome!  Thanks for looking and commenting!
