K/R: Faux leather skirts- faux keeps?

After my seasonal closet purge I was left with zero skirts. I added two VC tube skirts- a polka dot and stripe and now I am on the path again. I found these two skirts I love. I figured one or the other wouldn't work, but I love both. Is it too much to have two faux leather skirts? The white one seems to be cross-seasonal, but I am loving the color/richness of the cognac. The cognac is a bit snug across tummy but the next size up is available for exchange. So questions are:
1. Keep one or both? Is one better than the other?
2. Are these an acceptable faux? They have a soft hand and are a pretty good impression, but I think it's obvious they are not real leather. Is this bad? I generally only like "real" things, but I like the silhouettes and the bit of "edge". And the price point is much more affordable, obviously.
2. Pics 1-2 are small size of white. Pics 3-4 are next size up. I see virtually no difference. The larger size is only slightly more comfortable. If your trained eye sees a more flattering difference, please let me know. I would be happy to keep either. If there is no obvious aesthetic preference I will keep the larger size.

I really like the white one and don't see much difference int he two sizes. I would go for the more comfortable size.
The fit of the cognac one is bugging me a little, so I would try the next size up and compare.

My opinion:
The white one is far better, the cut is nice, it does have an edgy vibe and the color is nice also. Pics 1 & 2 look better, the small size, i like how the skirt sits at your waist.

The cognac doesn't do it for me, I think it's not a really flattering cut and a bigger size would still be tricky to wear.

I also like the white one the best and would go for comfort. The length and shape is great and it seems like a good way to add a graphic white in that is a little dirt resistant ;).

With the chocolate skirt, the shape might be a little less versatile with a variety of tops and shoes, so I'd test it in various outfits, and if it seems like a go, try sizing up.

Thanks all! I did study my photos before posting, but it took the clarity of seeing it on the forum and your eyes to help me.
Tanya- yes, I agree that the cognac is a bit off. I went back to Nordie's site and studied it. The fit part doesn't sit below my rear and it feels weird. I noticed the same fit on the model and she has a lot less rear to cover. So that's one thing. I also have decided that the faux of that skirt is a little *too* for me. I think I can find a suitable alternative to the cognac.

I love the white on on you, and I see virtually no difference between the sizes, so I'd go for comfort as well. And I agree that the shape on the cognac is tricky for most people to wear. It makes your hips look larger, when in fact you are not at all large in any way. I think a similarly coloured skirt in either the same shape as the first or in a completely straight pencil style might work better than the fit and flare of the one pictured.

I'm not in love with the brown one; it's not as flattering a style, and I don't think it looks as current. A larger size wouldn't change that impression for me.

And I think faux is fine. As long is you like the look and feel of it, to me, it doesn't matter if it looks fake. It still has the look that you're going for--the look the leather gives a garment.

I LOVE both skirts. I love the white one more but I can see how both these skirts can instantly give any outfit a fun edgy look. If it were me, I would keep both for sure.
