Well, more of a keep/exchange for a different color.
I got my turquoise jeans yesterday, and while they're not necessarily perfect they will do for a fun £5 addition to the wardrobe. I'm not so keen on the red ones -- first, I didn't realize they have a snake print on them (not visible in the catalog photo), and second, they are more pink than red, and I don't really care for pink. I'm thinking about returning them and ordering the coral ones instead.
Anyway while I was out I also picked up these baby blue sneakers thinking they would be fun with the jeans (and my other spring/summer clothes), but in looking at it now I think the colors might be too close to look like a deliberate multi-tonal look, and instead look like a poor attempt at matching. They also had red and blue, represented here by the t-shirt and socks (and shown next to the turquoise jeans). I'm leaning towards exchanging them for the bright blue ones although there is a risk that I'll look overly patriotic if I wear them with my short red trench coat.
What do you think, color-wise?
