I'm piling on with another keep vote! It seems to drape beautifully and has just enough interesting details while still being plain enough to allow your scarves to shine (I love the one you showed here).

I would definitely keep! it looks like you would get a lot of use out of it. I love the few pieces I have from Eileen Fisher.

Not reading other answers. If your lifestyle show any need for versatile, pretty, unique piece that can be worn as a standalone piece or used as the backdrop for the accessories or simply as is with only your smile, then this is a keeper. I have to have something like this some day...
