What do you think of this blazer for me?

#1-3: with bfish jeans and a button down shirt
#4-7: with slim green pants, a button down and sweater; flats (5-6) and heels (7)
#8-13: with jeans, a button down and sweater; flats (10-11) and heels (12-13)

I'd like to be able to wear it both to work and casually when the weather gets cooler.

I think it's working beautifully. You are looking like your Pinterest inspiration photos you showed us on another thread. The sleeves look like they are at the longest length you'd want. (Not too long, but at the thumb joint.) Can you roll them for the more casual looks, for fun?

It looks terrific, Emily! Fit looks great. Agree with Firecracker on the sleeves. For me personally they'd be a bit long this length, but I would tend to push them up anyway. (I like my coats at this length and my jackets just a touch shorter in the sleeve).

I also really like the fit and love how there is a soft taper on the front. I love the layered looks and find the length perfect with those looks. Great purchase.

Love it on you. Have you tried rolling or scrunching the sleeves for fun?

And is this the really soft lightweight one, with no shoulder pads or anything? If so I have it in two colours and it's a major staple for me. So wearable and comfy.

Please don't be mad! (I know you wont...) I returned it yesterday.

I like the grey colour of this jacket and tne and the way it looks layered up, but in the mirror I felt like it was too long, and the side view too generous. I like the look of it layered over a blouse and sweater, but found the shoulders and arms a little too snug when worn that way. I am much more comfortable in a black collarless blazer I got at Ricki's for literally 1/5 the price.

I did try on the BR lightweight wool blazer in grey yesterday and it was just a smidge tight in the shoulders in my regular size (with two layers underneath). I'm thinking that sizing up in petites might yield little extra space in the shoulders without being too long.

Since winter is pretty long here I'll have plenty of time to wear extra-layered blazers even if it takes me a couple of months to find one I really like.
