Please help! The next size is not available and I am worried that this one might be too tight on my apple. I could wear spanx as a last resort.

I don't see that it looks too tight across your midsection. How does it feel across your shoulder and bust? That is where it looks like it might be a bit small.

It doesn't look too tight but I am always uncomfortable with that much structure in a sheath dress because I feel lumpy when I sit or bend. The colors are great and you look very sleek. How does it feel?

The colours are really gorgeous but if you are not satisfied with the fit, I suggest return. In the pics, it does not look too tight.

First, this is a super style for you and the colors are great.

I think you might need a bit more ease across the bust, but I know that sometimes one is "between" sizes. I do so prefer when I can try up and down and go, eeny meeny. Or a size up might be perfect with a small alteration. It is important not to feel as though it's too tight or you will not enjoy it as much, I think.
Can you find the other size somewhere? Or is there a different color so you could see what is the ideal size? You are definitely on the right track with this type of dress, though,as it is very flattering on you.

It doesn't look tighter than it should be, but how does it feel, especially when you sit? If you feel like you need a little more room, you may find this turning into an orphan.

I have discovered that after I lost weight, in my excitement, I started buying things that *fit* but just. When I sit or move around much in some of them, they feel a little too constricting. Now they're sitting in my closet waiting for me to lose another few pounds.

I think it looks lovely on you - colours and style. However if you feel it is too tight now then you likely will not be happy wearing it. Perhaps try it on again tomorrow and see how you feel? Wear it around the house for a couple of hours and see if you still think that way. If yes, then I would vote return.

It's a gorgeous dress. For myself I'd probably feel better in a size up, but we vary in our tolerance for these things. It doesn't look like the wrong size. Just looks very fitted. Gorgeous pattern and colours!

Just echoing what the others said - it doesn't look too tight in the photos, but if you feel too constricted or uncomfortable, I'd say pass. I've also come to the conclusion for myself that I'm only willing to don shape-wear for special occasions - if this is meant to be an everyday dress, feeling the need to wear shape-wear would be a deal breaker for me.

That said...it's a beautiful dress and gorgeous colors!

I think this looks lovely on you and I echo what others have said. I find that the garments that become orphans are often the ones that are not comfortable to wear. I think you might need to consider that as you make your decision.

I'm not sure why it looks tight across the bust. It is not. The fabric is woven, it might just be the way I'm standing... I am going to stalk the dress in a different size. I think it might be better the next size up.
