K/R - White sandals

I recently ordered these white sandals from Zappos and need some opinions.I don't generally like white shoes but I actually really like these. However, they are little snug around the ankles with the left one bordering on tight. Other than that, they feel fine and are comfortable. Is it possible for the straps to stretch? It says they are made of PU, which I'm assuming is polyurethane.

What do you think? Keep or return?

They look very cute on you but too long in front and more importantly I don't think non-leather stretches much and is very hot in sandal weather.

Will your ankles swell as you get further along in your pregnancy? My feet and ankles also swell from morning to evening in the summer heat, so shoes that start the day comfy are not by the end.
I like the look though.

I think these look really good on you - but my only concern is that they look like they might be a tiny bit too big for you? While they fit well on all parts of your feet, I notice that your toes are almost 'hiding' near the straps nearest your toes. While I don't think it's a good idea to have "toe overhang", at the same time - these almost look like they are too long for you. What would happen if you sized down a half size?

Aside from this, love the shoes! They look beautiful on your feet and are a great summer sandal find!

Cute but look too big in the toe length. Plus my experience fake leather doesn't give.

I was thinking they looked a little long in front also. My ankles are probably as swelled as they would normally get since I tried them on after a long day at work.

To be honest, I'm not sure how much my feet will swell with this pregnancy. I never noticed them swelling much in my past pregnancies. Both those were in the winter and I wore socks and boots and didn't examine my feet as closely as I do now that it's summer and I'm wearing primarily sandals.

I was considering these, too, until I saw that they aren't leather.

They look reallly good and I know the price is right, but the fit isn't quite right and they will be super uncomfortable in the heat. That's my guess, anyway.

Sorry, but I say return. Very beutiful sandal, but too big on you, and I'm death on anything that isn't leather or fabric. Too hot, and they will NOT stretch.

Such cute sandals that it makes me sad to say I think they should go back. They look too long and I don't think you can depend on the faux material to stretch.

Such pretty sandals, I can see why you were attracted to them. But as others have already pointed out, the fit is off and if they aren't comfortable I would return.

They are really pretty! But I agree they seem too long, and in my experience also, PU doesn't stretch.

They do have a heavenly shape for your foot. However if they are not 100% comfortable, return. I agree they look a little long. But keep looking, because white sandals like these make you a beautiful leg and foot!

I agree they are too long. And if they are already too tight in the ankle, it will be hard to size down, so I say keep looking.

Gorgeous sandal, but I would return. PU doesn't really stretch and it doesn't breathe in the summer heat.

I think they are too long as some others have suggested. You will find what you're looking for eventually!

Thank you, everyone, for your input! I will be sending them back. I thought they might have been a little too long also, but wanted to make sure it wasn't just me. I don't think sizing down will work since they fit so snug at the ankle already.

Hopefully I can find something else that works better. I like the idea of white sandals but am having a hard time finding pairs that I like.
