This would make jacket #14. I MUST BUY NO MORE JACKETS! My fall shopping plan calls for tops and pants - no jackets, no sweaters, and no boots. However, I feel that this could be excused if it's worth keeping because it doesn't make much of a dent in the budget.
Also, I want to give a shout-out to the H&M SA who spent fifteen minutes searching - successfully - for the size 6 she knew they had that was hidden in a rack of black blazers.
