They are very similar to the black ones that you already have, but if you like those and wear them a lot then I think you would also get use out of the gray ones. I like the gray better than the other two pair you posted.
Oh, I do like the gray! I like them much better with rolled legs than with tucked legs for some reason, but I do think they are fab. As for the color, it is fun to have that low-contrast with your light jeans for leg-lengthening. The sand color is always fun to balance bare arms, but hm, maybe for you you'd prefer sandals when you have bare arms anyway?
IK -- they run true to Rag & Bone Newbury and Harrow size. The 37s in grey fit exactly like the 37s in black. (I also tried but returned the Harrows in 37 and they fit perfectly.) I wear anywhere from a Euro 36 to a Euro 37. My typical US size is a 6 or 6.5 in sandals, a 6.5 or 7 in boots and these 37s could not be more perfect on my wide feet with a narrow heel. Hope that helps!
Late to the party but my vote is keep. Grey is so versatile, and these are fab boots. Sometimes black can be a little harsh, and put too much contrast in an outfit. I like the softer look of the grey.
