So, after a 45 minute ordeal getting an MRI where I kept thinking about this dress, I decided to try it. DH's first response was "oooh, so Marilyn Monroe". I think this is a good thing.
I worry this emphasizing my hips. But boy, is the swishy effect fun! Love the color, but I fear white does me no favors, especially in the hips.
Honesty really, really appreciated. This is a special occassion dress, of which I have none to go to. So, maybe I am thinking of a fantasy life, or buying for my pre-baby life when we did go out a lot.
In the part of the country I live in, a black v-neck, jeans, and nice shoes will get you in just about anywhere for date night.
