K/R - Finally took Angie's Suggestion

Angie had recommended this Classiques Entier jacket to me a while back, but I was a bit thick headed. While I put it on my Nordie's wishlist, I just now got my tail around to picking it up. In all honesty, I have loved their stuff, but it has never fit me, so I procrastinated.

I also tried two of the Classiques Entier shirts? blouses? Not sure what to call them. I am a bit nervous about them as they are sort of fine and fragile feeling. Anyone know if they hold up to regular wear or if they are as fragile as they feel?

Looking for your thoughts on these pieces.

Love the jacket in both colors and the first shell. The only thing I am not crazy about is the second shell, that might be because I have been getting rid of everything empire-waisted.

Can you keep both jackets or just one? I like the fit & cut of the shells but I'm not sure about the colours of the first one.

What Caro said - I love both jackets. if you can only keep one, I really like the blue, but you should probably go with the color that works best in your wardrobe. I really like the second shell and I like the first one's shape but am worried that the color is a bit washed out for you. It might look nice with white, though, if that's an option.

I have worn Classiques Entier pieces for years and they really hold up well. Except for jackets, I throw all of mine in the washer and dryer on delicate. I like the blue color the best and it will be perfect for spring.

I don't know about the brand but I really love the jackets. That Angie; she knows her stuff! Can you keep both? If not, I like the blue for you assuming it works with your wardrobe. I like the shells as well.

Budget allows for both, so I can keep them if the duplication feels okay. Is it okay to duplicate the jacket you think?

I agree, the first shell is definitely going back. It is pretty, but I think the coloring wrong for me. The colors looked deeper on line than in person. Is the empire waist in the second one working, or should that go back as well?

LOVE both jackets! If you can't keep it all, I vote for the jackets over the shells.

The pointy toed flats are at least 6 years old, may e older. I bought them at Talbots in brown and black. I was in love with pointy toed heels but after an accident, I couldn't wear heels over an inch or so. The only place i could find pointy flats was Talbots. These were my compromise!

There are a lot more pointy flat options today, and I telnet shopping just keeps getting better if there is nothing I. Your area!

Those jackets really look nice on you - and that blue is a beautiful color on you! I think that the first shell washes you out, and the blue turtleneck, although a (as mentioned already!) great color for you, it makes it look as though your neck is extra long when you go from the top of the turtleneck all the way down to the v-neck of the jacket. The shell in #4 is really great - and I think the neckline is much more flattering on you - both on its own, and when paired with the jacket.
Also, I know that you didn't ask about the pants - and it may just be the angle of the camera, but I'm wondering if they are just a little short and don't quite reach that PPL sweet spot? What do you think?

Love the jackets. I vote keep both. I think because the colors are so different the jackets will fill different roles in your closet. I'm not sold on the second shell and agree with others about the first.
