K/R - Chevron Print Faux Fur Vest - Added some more pics

I really wanted a faux fur jacket as I love how it can glamorize any outfit. Considering the weather conditions I live in, a faux fur jacket would have been just too impractical. So a faux fur vest it is But is this the one? Or should I keep looking?

I just quickly threw in the vest with my tube skirt and a simple black turtle neck. I have pictured it both closed (I forgot to add the tie up leather belt it came with! Duh!) and open. Since its boxy/long and not fitted/cropped, I can see it working with my bodycon/straight fit dresses and pencil/tube skirts. I can also see it over skinny jeans/pants and fitted tees and tops. I am not so sure with flared dresses and skirts. The colour is something that would complement almost my entire wardrobe. I do like it. But I am not sure if its *too* boxy? Should I K/R? Thanks for your feedback as always.

I really like it. It looks like it would glam up your outfits, which is what you're after.

I think it is boxy, but this is not necessarily bad. I wonder whether slightly more cropped one (and we're talking 1-2 inches only, right?) would look that much better actually.

It's all a matter of proportions. Styled with pencil skirt like this - or tube skirt - is spot on. I can easily see it with skinnies too. Yup, probably not as successful with flared skirts - but how much of your wardrobe are they making? While I personally like that most of my clothes can be remixed withe each other, sometime some things are just dedicated to certain pieces alone and that's fine too. I still get a lot of wear out of it all.

A very interesting piece -- I see the boxiness and wonder what a belt would do. I also prefer the vest closed but I wonder what would happen if you wore a stark white top underneath. I am admitting I have a bias for high contrast.

Awesome piece! Itis a bit boxy, but in a good way. I ahve one and it is even boxier than yours. I have seen a lot of cool outfits lately on Pinterest with fur vests layered over leather jackets, blazers etc.; so boxiness would help with that.

ETA - And I own a lot of pink?! The color which I apparently do not like! But I do agree that they do not get enough wear from me.

I like it! I don't mind the slight boxiness. I have to say that I am least keen on it over the flared lacy dress in 7 and 8. I think it suits a leaner silhouette underneath.

I love it both open and closed with the red pants and black dress. I prefer it open with the blue skirt and lace dress. You've inspired me to try mine with a belt.
