I'm loving everything except the pleated skirt - can't tell if it's the color, length or style (or some combination), or maybe it just looks too girlish for work? If you're using it for dressy/date night that's different. I'd like to see it styled as you'd wear it.
#1 and 2 are very good on you, especially the colors, but I absolutely LOVE #3! It shows off your hourglass figure, it's feminine without frou-frou. The ombre bands of color across the skirt, the pleats, and the very slight flippiness to the skirts somehow really "lift" your look and is very flattering to my eye. I think it particularly works in the nude colors, it isn't in saturated pink so it isn't girlish. Looking feminine is not the same as girly!
