K/R - A few more dresses

As DH has really, really likes me in dresses, I have added a total of 3 to my closet, which means I now have a total of 3 dresses!

With the new spring items in, and my size already sold out at Nordstrom's, I decided to give these a try before they are sold out everywhere in my size.

Would love to know what you fab ladies think of these!

I love #2 & #3. #2 is a great colour for spring too. I'm not convinced by #1, I really like the way the second & third one wrap over your hips lovely drape & movement which is missing in #1.

Love love love #2 and 3. #1 I'm less crazy about - I don't think the fit is as good as the other two. Yea for dresses!

2and 3! You can be a quadruplet with a bunch of fabbers on that Maggie London dress! It looks great.

Love #2 - I think its definitely a "keeper!" The color, along with the cut of the neckline and the draping is beautiful. I'm not crazy about #3 - I think the color is not doing you any favors at all. Also, not liking #1 - just doesn't seem to hang correctly!

#2 is my fav. I love #3 too, but it's similar to one of your other wrap dresses, and I think you might want more springlike colors. A sapphire blue would be stunning on you, as well.

#2 is a winner! Then #3. I'd pass on #1. The shape, how it drapes, the pattern, the colour and the neckline detail(!) in #3 is amazing!

I am loving #2 for you. My only hesitation is that you seem to be accumulating the same type of dress in multiple iriterations. I used to do that after strucking gold with a silhouette, to then be soooo bored with the same type of thing, over and over.

There are many other types of dresses (or skirts and tops), that I think would look gorgeous on you. I think anything with an A line would look killer. Also. don't be afraid to have things altered to fit your shape. I have very narrow shoulders and have about one full size difference between my top and bottom. I often have things tailored to adjust my shoulder line and to add darts to my waist. I also correct pant lengths, on my own, for most trousers because even at long sizes, they are not long enough for heels. It is work but it allows you to try more things.

Love, love the color of 2 and the pattern. 3 looks fab too, and I think you're right, #1 is not my favorite either. You do wrap dresses well!

Well of course, I absolutely love the black and white Maggy London because I have it! And I adore the green dress as well - fab colour and fit.

I'd pass on the first dress - not fab enough for you Thistle.

Okay, I think the ladies have you sorted out on the dresses. Now to move onto styling.

I think #3 would look nice with a pair of sheerer tights, a brighter cami, and/or a colored shoe. You could also add a necklace with a hit of color to draw the eye up to your pretty face.

You are doing a great job of incorporating the dresses into your repertoire.

I really like them all on you. I think the issue with #1 is the photo and not the dress TBH.

You have a lovely long neck and creamy bustline, play it up! Do you ever put your hair back?

My favorite is #2! Love that color and print! The others are nice too, but that is the clear winner to me.

Watch out, you will be claiming the title of Queen Dress soon!

#1 is going back for sure, and I am definately keeping #2.

Trying to decide if I should send #3 back as it is similar tomy other black and white Maggy London. As Zap noted, I have been accumulating a few wrap dresses. Perhaps I should try aother silhoutte like fit and flare . . .

More love for 2 & 3! I find #3 more relaxed, color-wise, compared to your Maggy London. Hard choice tho, because they function similarly in the scheme of things.

Analysis: I love 2 & 3 because of the side drape. #1's faux wrap construction, the two triangles for a bodice and under-bust seam, seem a little sloppy.
