Fashintern’s thread about decorating her new kitchen made me want to see everyone’s kitchen! So post a photo of yours here, please! (Or a photo of your dream kitchen if you’d prefer....)

Here’s mine. We just bought this house last autumn and the kitchen was a big selling point. It has lovely cherry cabinets, nice appliances, and a good deal of cabinet space. We live in an urban townhouse so the total space is not too large yet it feels pretty spacious (especially compared to the tiny kitchen we had before!).

The counters are dark grey quartz, and the backsplash is a purple-toned grey. I was initially worried that it would be too dark but the lighting is bright enough (from the windows and overhead lights) that it wasn’t an issue.

Second photo is the view from by the stove - our dining table (which expands quite a bit if we have company), China cabinet, and some bar stuff. The bookcase at the far left has cookbooks
in it.
