Kindle Fire HDX won't load pages :(

I finally decided to do the Next Issue trial. My laptop is Windows 7 so I can't view them there. And my Kindle Fire (new before xmas!) won't load a webpage. It's connected to WiFi but not a single page will load. Switched from Bing to Google search. Turned off accelerator, Java. Did a reboot. All the 'tricks' I read about. I'm crushed. And frustrated ><

call the service desk - I had a similar issue and they were wonderful. Since it is under one year I think they will be able to sort you out.

I bought it at Best Buy - not sure to call them or Amazon. And if Amazon, how do you get a service desk #? Did they fix yours or send you a new one?

Are you having problems with Next Issue specifically or in general? I thought Next Issue only worked on iPads/iPhones.

It's my Kindle specifically. I didn't realize it at first. I use my laptop to surf the 'net when I'm home. But even as far back as a thanksgiving trip at a hotel I could never log on to their hotspot on my Kindle. Had spotty attempts at logging on in travels to Tampa recently, too.
Kindle is android, but doesn't have an app in the Amazon store. I have to go to a special place through Next Issue. But I can't get online to that place on the dang Kindle. Argh.

Bits and pieces, I can get online in spurts. So I got the app downloaded (or so it says) but now can't sign in to be sure. Lol. These toys really are something sometimes. Not to mention, now my laptop wants to pop offline a bunch, too, starting this week with Chrome crashes. Sigh.

UPDATE: I got 2 magazines to load (as far as I can tell) after half a day of fiddling around. Had a brief moment of streaming just a few minutes ago lol. It's gonna be a long haul at this rate. Must call about Kindle tech support tomorrow.
