We are having a christmas function at a surprise venue where we have been instructed to dress casually and bring along swimwear if we wish... Thinking the short one could be a fun casual outfit.

The long one would drive me nuts. All that fabric dragging . . . I would have to have them hemmed, which would ruin the look.

I like the short one, especially for a swim themed event. Some pretty jeweled flip flops . . .*hushes the magpie gene*

I was going to say to try the short one...I feel like it could be great for a pool related outing. But hey, try the long one, too. Does it come in petites? You'll definitely need to hem. I guess the question is whether you would lose volume where you want it. Hmmm....

I am not completely crazy about either, hope you don't mind me saying.

But if I had to choose I would go for the first one. IT looks like a dress and you could dress it up a little too with accessories. The longer one just doesn't look flattering even on the model. Too much fabric and I wonder just how comfy this would be in that fabric on a warm day?

I am with Deb: not crazy about either but if I had to choose I would pick the short one. The long jumpsuit looks too overwhelming and not having enough structure to me

Of course you could! They're black! I like the short one for a pool party. It's like a spunky version of shorts.
