In July, I bought a silk dress from the Kenneth Cole website. When it came, I had a question about it, and customer service did an excellent job answering my question- contacting me both by email and leaving a detailed phone message the very next day. They even offered free shipping if I decided to return the dress. I decided to keep it, but recently I washed it for the first time and noticed it now had a tear. Since this tear was from washing it as the directions suggested (in fact, I didn't even machine dry it even though the directions said it could be), I contacted customer service again to see if I could return the dress. Even though it was well past their stated return date (30 days)- they again gave me great customer service and emailed me a postage paid return label and their apologies, as well as leaving a phone message. They also gave me the option of having it repaired at their cost. This particular dress didn't work out for me, but I have another Kenneth Cole dress that I bought elsewhere that I have had no issues with. I won't hesitate to deal with Kenneth Cole again, knowing that their customer service is so good and they will stand behind their products.
