Here's the Bagatelle vest (plus) from NAS. It's very soft and fuzzy. I'm not sure if it's a little much with the collar. There's quite a lot of extra fabric in front (seen on the side view); if it had fasteners I could close it "wrap" style in the front. It doesn't come smaller than this (the 1X 14/16).

I only like this from the back view This is nowhere near as flattering as the jacket you've posted. I vote return this one.

But, I might have a different take if you were showing it with a less busy top. The side view though is rather odd, so based on just that I still vote return

I think i agree that it just doesn't look right. It's so cute on the model though!

it's so funny that many things that are great on the model, don't look nearly as great on the purchaser, and OTOH, we've seen many items here that didn't look like anything special on the model but looked fab on the YLFer.... go figure. I guess we need to start buying the stuff that looks like crap on the models

In order to give this a fair shake, can we see it styled for fall/winter? I can see this looking very cool on you with a long sleeve shirt or blouse and jeans with a heeled boot or shoe.

I think since the fabric doesn't drape, and there are apparently no darts, the vest sort of "tents out" in a less-than-perfect way :). I say return.

OK, take my advice with a grain of salt but it seems that side view is unflattering because of your big bust. Because this vest fabric is stiff it tents out from the bust. I think you should look for something which you can wear closed s it skims over the bust without this tenting or go for softer and better draping fabrics which drape on the sides when worn open and following your body contours.
As my bust is almost non-existing this is all theoretical and I may be completely wrong.:-)

I vote return too. I like the front and back, but the side view is a deal breaker - unless it can be flattened in some way. Sorry

I think return. It works on some levels but the profile would bother me and make me feel uncomfortable. You have a lovely curvy figure and this vest hides it. I think you could definitely find something similar that works much better.

Loved that vest on the model too... I guess because the model has no boobs..
