If you must choose, I vote #1.
The pattern is fun, yet cut is pristine, flattering to bust in a tasteful way, your legs are amazing, length is perfect for them: the overall effect is playful and relaxed yet polished. Accessorizing/jacket potential is vast.
The blue one also fits you well but looks more constricted. The detailing in the cut may not be so forgiving in the long run. What I mean is, I am slim myself but I know in a dress with folds + bow in front I would tend to suck my stomach a little more and therefore not feel as relaxed in it, especially after a meal
The blue dress, although solid color, actually leaves less room for interpretation and variety. The design pretty much sets the tone: skin tone pumps, few jewellery, fewer jacket options, special occasion only.
Now I agree with QM that it is harder to see and judge without seeing your face. Maybe that blue is amazing with your eyes. Look at Carla Sarkozy: she always wear that blue with very few accessories, because it suits her eyes so beautifully, her eyes become jewellery themselves. o who knows? But for versatility, I would pick #1.
