Keep or toss: a few items

Makrame

So while organizing my closet I took these photos of sweaters and a cardi. Should they be kept or donated? Also, these shoes were a bit of an orphan but I think I like them with jeans (not sure about potentially wearing them with dresses or skirts).
1 and 4 - ATLOft cardi
2 - JJill cropped sweater
3 - GAP wool pullover. I enjoyed wearing it last winter but it looks very boxy to me in the pictures - ?
4-5 - mary-jane wedges; in 5, I pulled up the pant leg a bit to make the shoes more visible

I'd get rid of 1 & 2...look dated. #3 might look better if you put a belt around it. I like the mary janes! (I'm kind of into clunky but feminine shoes). Can you try it with tights & skirt/dress?

Thanks GP, the idea of belting #3 sounds good but as a short-waisted apple I am not sure I can pull it off.

Here is a picture of shoes with a skirt - these are not the best color tights for the dark shoes but I think even with lower-contrast tights they would look too heavy for skirts. On the other hand, they are kind of cute with denim.

I love 2, the color and simple shape are lovely. Add a necklace or scarf and it is just perfect. Shoes are nice too, I don't like them with the skirt though. They are pants shoes for me. The ATL cardi seems worn out, it could be demoted to loungewear. 3 is fine, how about a scarf in a bright color with it (seems to be my solution for everything these days?!)

Modgirl, I already have that scarf on my wishlist at Nordstrom, added it a couple of weeks ago. And I have some other scarves that would work with this sweater. I do feel somewhat self-conscious about wearing scarves indoors so they usually come off once I get to work. But I think you are right, a scarf would be good with this sweater.

Yes, the shoes seem to be "pants shoes", I guess that's why they stayed in my closet - I was trying to wear them with skirts.
