Here I go - just two days before my return window closes, and one day before shopping NAS. I can't figure this coat out. . .my intentions are just for fall/spring weather . . . Elie Tahari leather walking coat.
Pros: wonderful buttery soft leather, love the mushroom color, I like the above the knee length, enough room for my *strong* upper arms, super-dee-duper price (of course it is when buying last winter's leather in June!)
Cons: collar - okay that it's not traditional, but does it make you think 'clown'? or will you look at it next winter and think '2010'?, not a two-way zip so it would be worn open a lot to avoid stressing the bottom, daughter didn't like and said it's boring (but jeez it's a coat!)
These pictures did not turn out well, so that could make its future even more tenuous. . . but please ignore the folded up jeans as they were also on trial today!
