I spent a fair bit of time shopping for summer tops today. I am all set for work but I was in desperate need of some easy, breezy, super casual tops - a step up from my usual black and white vneck tees (which I love and will continue to wear, but I wanted to branch out a little bit). I didn't have much luck at first. Everything was either too formal, too revealing (hello spaghetti straps), or too synthetic. I finally hit the jackpot and came home with this top in three different patterns. I tried them on with my two summer shorts (white denim and navy cargo-ish), and they were great. My summer casual capsule is ready, I am all set for summer! See photos below.

So, I turned on my laptop, hit the website of the store to pin my tops, and what do I find out? They are meant to be off-the-shoulder! I don't do off-the-shoulder. I didn't realize this in the store, or when I tried them on at home. I think they look perfectly fine this way. I'd shown them to the sales lady in the store, and she didn't say anything either.
So now, I am torn. Should I return them? I really like them, they fit well, they make me happy worn this way. Returning all three would mean I would have to start from scratch, so I am leaning towards no. But I'd be happy to hear your thoughts.
