So I bought this blouse on sale at Nordstrom. It is lightweight and silky, feels lovely and fits very comfortably; however, I am just not sold on the pattern.

You know, I can't decide either. Any chance of seeing it with a gray or yellow bottom? I think the pattern might look very different with a different color.

I think it's adorable so I vote keep. But if you don't feel fabulous in it, then I vote return. But I really like it and I like it on you!

I'm not entirely sure either, Rosie. I like all the shades of green, but the pattern is a bit less modern than we are used to seeing from you.
Oh I was thinking the same thing as Beth: it would already look completely different with white bottoms, or a denim skirt or something.

What, not with my black yoga pants? lol Inge, I think you've probably nailed why I'm not sure. I will try it with some other options this evening. Was just home quickly at lunch and have some other stuff to return so thought I'd throw it on.

It is probably one of the most comfy blouses I've ever had on, actually!

Inge, this has been one of those weeks, apart from Monday, in terms of quick and lazy dressing. And my outfits have not been as cool as the one with that tee! Tomorrow will be yoga-pants free!

Hi Rosie- I am not crazy about it on you but I think it is the angle of the photo. Another shot with different bottoms would help.

It could be the angle but flicking through your other photos this seems to make you look broader than many of the other fab outfits you've posted x

I didn't swoon over it when I first opened the link. It's hard to tell with the photo angle, but it doesn't seem to be the most flattering thing I've seen you in.

Thanks - I will try another photo but think I may just return it. I've been unsure since the beginning but the fabric has made me want it! It is also hard for me to find blouses because they are either too small in the bust if straight-sized, and the plus ones are usually gigantic.

Inge, those shirts are really pretty! Like it said, though, this was a rare instance where a plus shirt actually fit me, which I guess I take comfort in, but it makes it hard to find woven shirts!

I don't think it's too boxy but I do vote return. The print isn't as pretty as it could be, Rosie. Does that make sense? It fits really well though and hope that you find something similar soon :0)

Angie, yes that does make sense! I almost didn't buy it because of the print - glad to have confirmation it's not as fab as should be!

Hey, you should try this top on: http://shop.nordstrom.com/S/31.....1&P=1 It is meant to fit nice and blousy and it was sooo comfy, but the bust seam cut in the middle of my chest. I really liked it, and it would look even better on someone with height!
